I love the portability of Paintball Tanks...but have never been fond of the adapters. I don't even play paintball. My son has an air rifle that uses the Pin Valve (same as paintball tanks)...so I have a fill adapter for it when I fill him up from my siphon tank. And it works fine to adapt to the Beer Regulator...but it's just more junk. More chance to leak.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=370194402694I found a CGA 320 valve on eBay...and was I ever excited about that. A bit too much money, if you ask me...but I figure if I leak less CO2...maybe in the long run it will pay for itself. Now MY paintball tank has a regular valve on it. I don't have to use any adapters to fill it or use it with my kegerator or jockey box. It even came with the o-ring seal on the end so you don't have to use the paper or vinyl washer when connecting it.
Cool little device...I'm very happy with it!
